Last July I was in Italy to shoot a feature on Maremma in Tuscany for Destinasian magazine.
The images have just been published in the Oct - Nov edition. The Highlights for me were spending time with the Butteri ( Tuscan cowboys ) and staying at the L'Andana near Castiglione della Pescaia. Tearsheets to follow shortly.

Jakarta street food shoot for Raffles Magazine

Last week I worked on an editorial feature here in Jakarta on the best street food for raffles magazine. It was a pleasure to visit these small eateries + sample some delicious dishes - our fave the lontong sayur at Rumah Makan Sayur Sinar Pagi in Pasar Muara Karang.

maremma, italy - travel assignment for Destinasian magazine

Earlier this month I travelled to Italy to shoot an editorial feature on the Maremma region of tuscany for Destinasian magazine. Maremma is 'wild' country and home to the Butteri - Tuscan cowboys. I was lucky enough to stay at the L'Andana which is close to Castiglione della Pescaia.

recent work - room4dessert food photography

Last month I was back in ubud shooting food at will goldfarb's room4dessert. We shot dishes from the exciting new dessert menu and photographed the recently opened L'Hort restaurant.

iPhone baduy portraits

Last week I returned to the baduy after a hiatus of 10 years. It was good to be back amongst these humble people who continue to live a traditional lifestyle in the Kendeng mountains 180 kms south west of jakarta. These portraits were all shot with an iPhone 5S using the hipstamatic camera app.
